It is not always easy to keep your focus during a hectic day! During our two weeks focus program we ask you to take (about) 7 minutes in the morning to set your goals for the day. Get up a little bit earlier to ask yourself (and write it down)

  • what will be your focus of the day?
  • what will you do/finish for sure by the end of the day?

You’ll notice the more you do it, the easier it gets. Remind yourself of your focus during the 2 mini breaks you’ll take.

During this mini breaks you will

  • go outside
  • breathe consciously and deeper then normal for 1 minute (breathe in through your nose, hold your breath for a couple of seconds and breathe out via your mouth, wait a couple of seconds before starting again)
  • remind yourself of your focus that day

Take a break like this 2 times a day. One in the morning, one in the afternoon!

Really, your head will be more clear and you will be able to focus better during the day. Try it!
