We are very grateful that we will be working together with the Zürich based and internationally trained Yoga teacher Mirjam Haymann. And we are more than happy that you all get the change to meet her soon during our new Running programme!
Let us introduce her:
Born in Zurich, Mirjam grew up in a small and tightly knit family and has now her own with her husband and two girls. After having traveled and completed her law degree, she decided to relocate to Asia for four years, where she intensely dived into the practice and study of yoga while working freelance as a journalist and editor. She is a public speaker, teaches regular classes, as well as workshops themed on yoga and on building your own resources and mindfulness techniques in various professional contexts.
As a teacher, she inspires others to reconnect with their bodies and to step out of their limiting beliefs, grounding their confidence to master all types of challenges, big or small. Mirjam is passionate about good conversations and lasting relationships and is grateful about the beautiful community of friends that are part of her life.
Mirjam will be part of our BOOST. your run programme by offering a Yogasession specially for runners but also online videos with the best stretching routines. And we will be working together on our corporate programmes too.
