To make sure you will be full of energy when Autumn starts we invite you to join our ‘ two weeks focus ‘ program! Completely free! Only thing you need: focus and some discipline. And we promise you, you will get loads of energy in return!
There are different reasons to join this ‘two – weeks focus’ program. Summer holidays are a great moment to reflect on your (working) life. You might even come back completely charged and energised and then daily life starts again…. within a couple of days you find yourself back into the routines you were determined to change. Is that you?
Or you might have enjoyed the Summer holidays that much that you feel that clothes are a bit tighter or your energy level is a bit lower because of the amount of sugar (and alcohol?) you enjoyed. You are in need of a little reset!
The Two weeks Focus program is easy and extremely low key. Only thing you have to do is stick to it. Only 2 weeks! As we are convinced that in those 2 weeks you will feel the difference. But be careful; you might want to stick to at least some of the focus points of the program…..
Ok here it is!
What you do every day:
7 minutes of exercise
7 minutes of goal setting / focus
2 (minutes of) mini breaks
8 hours of sleep, no explanation needed how to do that!
Those are the things you will do. Ok we have to be honest, there are also some things you will SKIP during your focus weeks: Alcohol, Sugar (refined sugar) Pasta/Pizza, Bread and White Rice. So fuel your body with LOTS of veggies, fruits, nuts, and other delicious food. Just keep this rule of thumb in mind: the closer to nature, the better for now!
